Gift Vouchers
Voucher Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms before purchasing or redeeming a LINÉA gift voucher.
Validity
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The validity period is stated on the voucher itself. Expired vouchers cannot be extended or refunded.
Redemption
Vouchers are redeemable exclusively for treatments and services offered by LINÉA Permanent Make-Up in Paphos, Cyprus. To redeem a voucher, please contact us via WhatsApp or our inquiry form to arrange an appointment.
Single Use
Each voucher may be used once. If the value of the selected treatment is lower than the voucher amount, the remaining balance is forfeited. If the treatment cost exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid by the recipient.
Non-Transferability and Non-Refundability
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers may be passed on as a gift to another person. The voucher holder is responsible for the safekeeping of the voucher code.
Lost or Damaged Vouchers
LINÉA Permanent Make-Up accepts no liability for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers. Duplicate vouchers will not be issued.
Appointment Requirement
All treatments at LINÉA are by appointment only. Holding a gift voucher does not guarantee a specific time or date. Please contact us in advance to arrange your appointment.
Availability
Gift voucher redemption is subject to treatment availability. LINÉA reserves the right to reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, an alternative appointment will be offered.
Modifications
LINÉA Permanent Make-Up reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Existing vouchers remain subject to the terms in force at the time of issue.
